During his previous career at sea, he served on board worldwide experience, he spent almost 7 years as Operation Crew Manager for an Indonesian

    He was manning agency and ship management with 13 years leading maritime related operational matters. He has held various General Manager Position to company owner level Marine crew and ship Management with client several country

    Ms.Safira Ramadani brings with him over 7 years of experience in Crewing & Ship Management having served the Indonesian & International Marine Institute

    Mrs.Safira Ramadani is trusted to lead operations related to crew and inspection of crew’s documents. He held various positions up to Operations Manager level for crew and documentation and demonstrated her professionalism through experience of various types of vessels specializing in fleet and crew changes
